I am also a smoker, almost 61 yrs of age and am at a point now where I want to stop smoking however I know I am not quite ready. About 20 yrs ago I did give it up - for eight years - then my husband died from Cancer and I started smoking again. I knew it was a bad plan but as you can imagine I was in a pretty bad way.
